Neha set up, scaled and led customer success, account management and customer marketing for Comscore India for more than a decade.

Neha’s 18 years of work experience spans across SaaS, Marketing Technology, Media (offline and online) and Advertising. She currently consults SaaS companies on post sales customer strategy, mentors customer success professionals and shares her leadership learnings through Bridge to Leadership.
